σου ζωγραφίζει τη μέρα
με χαρούμενα χρώματα,σου κουβεντιάζει και νομίζεις
πως κάτι διαφορετικό συμβαίνει στον κόσμο,σου τραγουδά και θαρρείς
πως είσαι ακόμα παιδί,
σου φέρνει μια σακούλα γέλιο
και την αδειάζει απλόχερα μπροστά σου,
μα εκείνο που πραγματικά κερδίζεις από ένα παιδί
είναι ο άδολος τρόπος που σκέφτεται.

Πρασόρυζο, το δικό μας... Rizoto!!
Ένα εύκολο και γρήγορο φαγάκι, νηστίσιμο. Είναι από τα αγαπημένα μου νηστίσιμα πιάτα, γιατί μου αρέσουν τα πράσα και η γλυκιά τους γεύση.
Βέβαια, ανοίγοντας τον υπολογιστή σήμερα έπεσα και σε άλλες συνταγές πρασόρυζου, φτιαγμένες από τα χεράκια της Έλενας και της Κάλλιας.
Όλες έχουν μικροδιαφορές, το αποτέλεσμα όμως είναι ένα. Πεντανόστιμο φαγάκι για την οικογένεια.Δοκιμάστε το κι εσείς!!!!!Για την παρασκευή του χρειαζόμαστε:
* 4 μεγάλα πράσα
* 2 καρότα
* 1 κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο
* 2 κρεμμυδάκια φρέσκα ψλοκομμένα
* 3-4 κλωνάρια σέλινο ψιλοκομμένο ή λίγο ξερόλίγο άνηθο
* 2/3 φλυτζανιού τσαγιού ρύζι
* 3/4 φλυτζανιού τσαγιού ελαιόλαδο
* χυμό από 1-2 λεμόνια
* αλατοπίπερο
Παρασκευή
* Καθαρίζουμε και πλένουμε καλά τα πράσα.
* Τα κόβουμε σε χοντρές ροδέλες.
* Καθαρίζουμε τα καρότα και τα κόβουμε κι αυτά σε ροδελίτσες.
* Σε μια κατσαρόλα, βάζουμε το ελαιόλαδο να κάψει και προσθέτουμε το πράσο, τα καρότα, τα κρεμμύδια και το φρέσκο σέλινο.
* Τα αφήνουμε να σωταριστούν και να μαλακώσουν λίγο.
* Σβήνουμε με το χυμό λεμονιού και προσθέτουμε νεράκι, να καλύπτει τα λαχανικά μας.
* Αφήνουμε να σιγοβράσουν και να μαλακώσουν.
* Κατόπιν προσθέτουμε το ρύζι και ζεστό νερό περίπου 2 φλυτζάνια.
* Εξαρτάται και από το νερό που έχει μείνει από την πρώτη βράση.
* Αφήνουμε να ψηθεί και το ρύζι, προσέχοντας πάντα να έχει νεράκι, για να μείνει το φαγητό ζουμερό.

Δικαστική καταδίκη της Google στην Ιταλία για δημοσιοποίηση βίντεο με κακοποίηση αυτιστικού παιδιού

Δικαστήριο του Μιλάνου καταδίκασε τρία διευθυντικά στελέχη της Google, επειδή άφησαν να «ανέβει» στο διαδίκτυο ένα βίντεο, το οποίο δείχνει έναν Ιταλό έφηβο που πάσχει από αυτισμό, να γίνεται αντικείμενο κακομεταχείρισης από συνομηλίκους του.
Η απόφαση, που δεν έχει διεθνές νομικό προηγούμενο, πρόκειται να προσβληθεί στο εφετείο από την αμερικανική εταιρία, που ανησυχεί για τις συνέπειες.
«Είναι η πρώτη φορά που οποιοσδήποτε υπάλληλος της Google καταδικάζεται για παραβίαση της προσωπικής ζωής του οπουδήποτε στον κόσμο», δήλωσε εκπρόσωπος της εταιρίας, ο οποίος, σύμφωνα με τα ξένα πρακτορεία, έκανε λόγο για «καταπληκτική απόφαση που επιτίθεται στην αρχή της ελευθερίας της έκφρασης».Κάθε στέλεχος της ιταλικής Google καταδικάστηκε σε έξι μήνες με αναστολή για την παραβίαση της ιδιωτικής ζωής του παιδιού, ενώ ένας τέταρτος απαλλάχτηκε. Όλοι όμως καταδικάστηκαν για την κατηγορία της δυσφήμισης. Το βίντεο, που είχε ληφθεί από κινητό τηλέφωνο, «ανέβηκε» στο Google Video, όπου και παρέμεινε επί δύο περίπου μήνες, στο τέλος του 2006. Έδειχνε τέσσερις μαθητές να τυραννούν έναν αυτιστικό έφηβο μπροστά σε πολλά άλλα παιδιά που δεν επενέβησαν, αλλά απλώς παρακολουθούσαν. Οι μαθητές αποβλήθηκαν από το σχολείο τους στο Τορίνο μέχρι το τέλος του σχολικού έτους. Η οικογένεια του θύματος απέσυρε την αγωγή της στο τέλος του 2009, όμως η οργάνωση “Vivi Down” υπέρ των δικαιωμάτων των ατόμων με σύνδρομο Ντάουν και ο δήμος του Μιλάνου επέμειναν στις αγωγές τους και δήλωσαν ικανοποίηση από τη δικαστική απόφαση.
«Η απόφαση αναγνωρίζει το δικαίωμα του ατόμου στην προσωπική ζωή του», δήλωσε εκπρόσωπος της οργάνωσης, διευκρινίζοντας ότι δεν αντιτίθεται στην ελευθερία έκφρασης στο Ίντερνετ. Όμως ο εκπρόσωπος της Google Μπιλ Έκικσον σχολίασε ότι κανείς από τους τέσσερις καταδικασθέντες υπαλλήλους της (ούτε ένας σήμερα δεν ζει και εργάζεται πια στην Ιταλία) δεν είχε ο ίδιος τραβήξει το φιλμ, ούτε το είχε «ανεβάσει» στο διαδίκτυο, ούτε το είχε καν δει πριν.
«Αν είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να εξετάζουμε και να εγκρίνουμε κάθε φωτογραφία, κάθε βίντεο, κάθε δημοσίευση, τότε το Web, όπως το ξέρουμε, θα σταματήσει να υπάρχει», δήλωσε, κάνοντας λόγο για «επικίνδυνο προηγούμενο». Η εταιρία, με δήλωσή της στο googleblog.blogspot.com μετά τη δημοσίευση της καταδικαστικής απόφασης, ανέφερε ότι «το βίντεο ήταν απολύτως αξιοκατάκριτο και το αποσύραμε λίγες ώρες μετά την ενημέρωσή μας από την ιταλική αστυνομία». Όμως οι ιταλικές δικαστικές Αρχές θεώρησαν την εταιρία υπεύθυνη για αμέλεια, επειδή άφησε το βίντεο περίπου δύο μήνες στο site της, μολονότι αρκετοί χρήστες είχαν στείλει σχόλια και είχαν ζητήσει την απόσυρσή του.Η ιταλική κυβέρνηση εξετάζει την επιβολή νόμου που θα απαιτεί από τα sites, τα οποία φιλοξενούν βίντεο, να παίρνουν προηγουμένως έγκριση από την αρμόδια Αρχή τηλεπικοινωνιών της χώρας. Η Google έχει ήδη δηλώσει την ανησυχία της για τυχόν εφαρμογή ενός τέτοιου νόμου και για τις επιπτώσεις του στο YouTube και στο Google Video, αλλά επίσης στο Facebook κ.α.Όμως και η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, που έγινε δέκτης σχετικών παραπόνων, δήλωσε ότι θα ασχοληθεί με το ζήτημα. Η Google εξέφρασε την αισιοδοξία της ότι δεν θα κληθεί σε επίσημη έρευνα. Η πρεσβεία των ΗΠΑ στην Ιταλία υποστήριξε τη Google και δήλωσε «απογοητευμένη» από την καταδικαστική απόφαση του ιταλικού δικαστηρίου, σε μια υπόθεση που θυμίζει την συνεχιζόμενη σκληρή ή κόντρα της αμερικανικής εταιρίας με την κινεζική κυβέρνηση για θέματα λογοκρισίας.

Είχαμε στην αρχή να πουλιέται το Ευρώ 0,92 $ και φτάσαμε "αισίως" στη τιμή ισοτιμίας 1=1,50$.Το "ΣΠΡΕΝΤ" -spread- (Απόσταση ή Διαφορά, για να μαθαίνουν όσοι δεν ξέρουν ορολογία) μεταξύ των δύο βασικών διεθνών νομισμάτων, είναι τεράστιο. Και εδώ, στα λεγόμενα "χαμηλά", κάποιοι πήγαν στο Χονγκ-Κόνγκ, τα βρήκαν με τους ψευτοκομμουνιστές Κινέζους και άρχισαν να μαζεύουν Αμερικάνικα δολάρια χωρίς βιασύνες και χωρίς τυμπανοκρουσίες. Είναι τα 3 τρανταχτά ονόματα Αμερικάνικων χρηματοοικονομικών κολοσσών, που ακούμε συχνότατα τους 6 τελευταίους μήνες.Είναι γελοίοι οι ισχυρισμοί, που μας λένε πως τάχα τες, στον ίδιο ενιαίο οικονομικό χώρο, με το ίδιο νόμισμα, θα προκληθεί οικονομικός σάλος και θα γριπώσει η Ευρώπη όλη εξ αιτίας των Ελληνικών Ομολόγων. Αυτά είναι μεγαλοπρεπείς μπούρδες, ανεξαρτήτως της σαπίλας της Ελληνικής κρατικής μηχανής. Δεν δουλεύουν έτσι οι χρηματιστηριακές αγορές.Τα χρηματιστηριακά προϊόντα δουλεύονται πρώτ' απ' όλα με τη "φήμη" και αποτελειώνονται με το "γεγονός". Ήδη "η φήμη" με μοχλό την Ελληνική Οικονομία, παπαγαλίζεται για λογαριασμό των αμερικανοεβραϊκών συμφερόντων ανόδου της τιμής του δολαρίου, εδώ και 5 μήνες και είναι σε αναμονή η έκρηξη του γεγονότος.Για να έχει αποτέλεσμα "το γεγονός" στα θέματα εκμετάλλευσης των συναλλαγματικών διαφορών, μεταξύ και $, θα πρέπει χώρες με πολλά ευρά (χώρες της ευρωζώνης) να αρχίζουν να δανείζονται σε δολάρια, τώρα που είναι στα χάλια του, ώστε να τα χρυσοπληρώσουν όταν θα έχει ακριβήνει, συν τους τόκους. - Ελπίζω να τα λέω απλά και κατανοητά. Επειδή απουσιάζουν τα πραγματικά οικονομικά γεγονότα, που να δικαιολογήσουν τις επιδιωκόμενες διεθνείς χρηματοοικονομικές αλλαγές, για να φτάσουν προς τα εκεί που τεχνητά επιδιώκουν, χρησιμοποιούν εργαλεία χρηματοοικονομικής πίεσης, τα οποία βεβαίως μεταφράζονται σε εγκατάσταση τοπικών διαφθερμένων κυβερνήσεων, με αντίστοιχο σε κλείσιμο των πηγών χρηματοδότησης μιας τοπικής αγοράς (π.χ. Ελλάδας ή Ισπανίας ή Πορτογαλίας κλπ).Το Ελληνικό ΑΕΠ, δεν έχει απότομες διακυμάνσεις, πάνω στις οποίες να στηριχθεί μια λογική σημαντική μεταβολή στα ΣΠΡΕΝΤ (απόσταση ή διαφορά), μεταξύ των αποδόσεων των Ελληνικών Ομολόγων, σε σύγκριση με τα Γερμανικά ή τα Αμερικάνικα Ομόλογα. Εκεί ήταν που χρησιμοποιήθηκε το εργαλείο της "έκτακτης οικονομικής ενίσχυσης των Ελληνικών Τραπεζών" με 28 δις (κατ' άλλους με 32 δις ), σε σημείο που τρόμαξε τους ίδιους τους τραπεζίτες. Το αν απορροφήθηκαν ή όχι αυτά τα ποσά, είναι δευτερεύον, διότι με την έγκριση και αποδέσμευση, τα χρήματα αυτά θεωρούνται πλέον εκτός του Ελληνικού Κρατικού Προϋπολογισμού Γι' αυτό αποκαλούσα τους Καραμανλή, Αλογοσκούφη και Παπαθανασίου "περιπτεράδες". Γιατί το Ελληνικό κράτος βγαίνει αμέσως μετά, με τους γελοίους Παπανδρέου και Παπακωνσταντίνου, ουρλιάζοντας και αλλαλάζοντας, πως χρειάζεται περίπου αυτό το ποσό, γιατί αλλιώς χανόμαστε ως κράτος. ΝΑΙ, τέτοια καραγκιοζιλίκιαΗ Εβραϊκή ηγεσία της Ευρώπης και των περισσότερων επί μέρους κρατών, θέλουν ισχυρή Αμερική και ισχυρό πλέον δολάριο, γιατί και αυτοί είναι μέσα σ' αυτούς, που σαν άτομα και απατεώνες θα τα οικονομίσουν. Οι λίγοι είναι μέσα στο κόλπο, γιατί οι χοντρές απάτες, θέλουν μεγαλοκαρχαρίες και πολιτικούς μαζί.Οι απάτες και οι θεατρινισμοί δίνουν και παίρνουν!!!!! Αφού έχουμε πισινή, αυτά που χρωστούν στο Ελληνικό Δημόσιο οι Τράπεζες, γιατί το παρασκέφτονται να μας δανείσουν αν χρειάζεται ενδοευρωπαϊκά με ΕΥΡΩ???Γιατί λένε και ξαναλένε για το ΔΝΤ (που σημαίνει δανεισμός σε δολάρια), για μια χώρα της ευρωζώνης, όπου κυριαρχεί το ΕΥΡΩ???Γιατί ο Παπανδρέου ενώ λέει ότι πνίγεται, κάνει ξανά εξεταστικές για υποθέσεις που παραγράφηκαν και με δική του συνενοχή και με διπλό κλείσιμο Βουλής απ' τον Παπούλια????Γιατί ο Παπανδρέου, αφού καίγεται για ρευστό, δεν έχει ζητήσει δεκάρα τσακιστή από τα ενδοευρωπαϊκά ταμεία????Γιατί ενώ δείχνουν εμάς, υπάρχει πρεμούρα για ριζικές οικονομικές αλλαγές σε πανευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο, σε βάρος των εργαζόμενων και γενικά σε βάρος των μισθοσυντήρητων????ΠΡΟΦΑΝΩΣΓιατί η κλεψιά, εν όψη ανόδου του δολαρίου έναντι του ευρώ, έχει πάει σύννεφο, σε όλες τις χώρες της Εβραιοζώνης ή Κλεπτοζώνης.Είδατε κουβαρνταλίκι ο Βγενόπουλος με τη νομοθέτηση ...εθελοντικής φορολόγησης επιστρεφόμενου φόρου???? Εκμεταλλεύεται τη ζαλάδα του απλού κοσμάκι και λέει ότι γουστάρει όταν δεν έχει κόστος. Στο αυτί του λαού θα μείνει "η θεσμοθέτηση εθελοντικής προσφοράς φόρου ....1.000.000" από κάθε πλούσιο. Πως να προλάβει να ερμηνεύσει ο λαουτζήκος, ότι αμέσως μετά θα τα πάρουν επιστροφή όλα πίσω, όταν ένας τρισάθλιος για άλλη μια φορά Χατζηνικολάου, σιγοντάρει τις οικονομικές πουτανιές του Βγενόπουλου??? Με το αζημίωτο το έκανε???? Αν είχαν τον φόβο, ότι την άλλη μέρα 5-6.000 αποφασισμένοι για όλα έλληνες, θα μπουκάριζαν στον ALTER, στον REAL, στη ΜΑΡΦΙΝ και στην ΑΥΡΙΑΝΗ, θα αποτολμούσαν τη πουστιά????Το περιστατικό επειδή είναι φρέσκο, το ανάφερα, για να γίνει κατανοητός ο μηχανισμός του ψεύδους και της απάτης, για να κρατάς εσύ το κεφάλι υποταγμένο, ενώ πρέπει να ξεσηκωθείς και να τους αφανίσεις. Πολιτικοί, Μεγαλοεκδότες και Μεγαλοκαρχαρίες, έχουν γίνει ένα με όλες τις απάτες για να ξεζουμίζουν τον λαό. Απάτη είναι και τα ομόλογα και οι επικείμενοι δανεισμοί.Τα νιάτα να κατανοήσουν όσο πιο γρήγορα γίνεται, ολόκληρη την απάτη, γιατί το 90% του κόστους το "νομοθετούν οι προδότες σε βάρος τους". Να πάρουν τα μέτρα τους και να αγωνιστούν, έστω για τον εαυτό τους. Να φτιάξουν νέες κοινωνικές συμμαχίες, να αναδείξουν νέες ηγεσίες παντού και να προχωρήσουν με θάρρος σε ανατροπές.Πρέπει να στηθούν λαϊκά δικαστήρια για τέτοιες αλητείες......--

What is the basic, the essential, the crucial principle that differentiates freedom from slavery? Ayn Rand(1905-1982), forerunner of venitism, pointed out that it is the principle of voluntary action versus physical coercion or compulsion. So, freedom, in a political context, has only one meaning: the absence of physical coercion.Rand notes that since knowledge, thinking, and rational action are properties of the individual, since the choice to exercise his rational faculty or not depends on the individual, man's survival requires that those who think be free of the interference of those who don't. Since men are neither omniscient nor infallible, they must be free to agree or disagree, to cooperate or to pursue their own independent course, each according to his own rational judgment. Freedom is the fundamental requirement of man's mind.A rational mind does not work under compulsion; it does not subordinate its grasp of reality to anyone's orders, directives, or controls; it does not sacrifice its knowledge, its view of the truth, to anyone's opinions, threats, wishes, plans, or "welfare." Such a mind may be hampered by others, it may be silenced, proscribed, imprisoned, or destroyed; it cannot be forced; a gun is not an argument. (An example and symbol of this attitude is Galileo.)Venitist Chuck Baldwin reminds us of a classic story about how no one had been able to capture a herd of wild hogs that was rooting up crops from numerous farms. It got so bad that rewards had been posted for anyone clever enough to corral the critters. But even this resulted in only limited success. One day a stranger (who was a wily old trapper) came into town and entering the general store ordered a truckload of fence posts and fencing, along with some feed. When asked what he was going to use it for, he said, "I'm going to get those wild hogs y'all are having trouble with." Of course, everyone in the store laughed at the overconfident stranger. A few weeks later, however, the stranger rode into town with the back of his truck tightly packed with the smelly swine. When asked how he was able to accomplish what no one else had been able to do, the old trapper replied, "Simple. I started putting the feed out in a small clearing and the hogs began freely eating the feed. It didn't take long and they were there every day. Then I put up the fence posts, but with no fencing. At first the hogs were a little skittish, but it wasn't long and they ignored the posts. Then I began putting the fence up, but I left the gate off. Again, the hogs were skittish at first, but soon realized they could come and go freely, and before long, they were devouring the free food with a vengeance. Then, one day when the hogs were aggressively consuming the vittles, I slammed the gate closed." Baldwin submits that what the old trapper did to the wild hogs is exactly what kleptocrats are doing to us! What is worse, most Americans and Europeans seem about as oblivious to the whole thing as that bunch of pigs. For anyone who is paying attention, however, the signs of growing enslavement are everywhere. Kleptocrats are culpable for America and Europe's slide into socialism and oppression. And so are many local and State leaders, including political, business, and law enforcement leaders. Suffice it to say that most big city governments have become almost totalitarian. Government buildings, even local ones, are sealed fortresses, not unlike the old palace-forts of antiquity. In big and not-so-big cities, cameras monitor virtually everything we do. Even in Baldwin's hometown of Pensacola, Florida, a nearby city (Gulf Breeze) has recently installed traffic cameras, which issue automated tickets for red light runners. (How unconstitutional can one get? Surely someone will aggressively challenge the legality of these cameras in court!) What is worse is that many residents and local authorities see nothing wrong with it. These people are behaving just like those wild hogs that nonchalantly ate their food while the fence was being built all around them. We need venitism now! If not now, when?Venitism is a new libertarian paradigm, introduced by Basil Venitis, which integrates politics, economics, ethics, and spirituality. Venitists follow the Venitis Laws:Venitis Law of Black Hole: Taxation is armed robbery that feeds the black hole of political corruption; it's the perfect index of corruption and tyranny. Only evil governments tax citizens and companies.Venitis Law of Constitution: The only purpose of a constitution is to protect citizens from government abuse. Ayn Rand(1905-1982), forerunner of venitism, pointed out that since the golden age of Greece, there has been only one era of reason in twenty-four centuries of Western philosophy. The rest—everything that America achieved, everything she became, everything "noble and just," and heroic, and great, and unprecedented in human history, was the logical consequence of fidelity to that one principle. The first consequence was the principle of political freedom, i.e., an individual's freedom from physical compulsion, coercion or interference by the government. Venitism should replace democracy.Venitist Chuck Baldwin points out that in the name of "security" or "safety" or "protection," Americans are surrendering their liberties. Ladies and gentlemen, face it: freedom is risky business! If our Founding Fathers had wanted security or safety, they would have stayed in Europe, or at least remained a compliant colony of the Crown. So, if one wants government enslavement in twenty-first century America, one should move back to Europe, or better yet, to Red China or North Korea! Baldwin asserts that instead of demanding that government take care of us, we should be demanding that government get out of our wallets and off our backs, and let us live free, as our Creator intended we live! But how can we do that when we constantly clamor for more and more government handouts and benefits? By demanding welfare checks, food stamps, government-assisted housing and medicine, etc., Americans are putting the shackles around their own throats. Even churches and religious institutions are gorging themselves at the government teat. America doesn't need to worry about terrorist attacks from Baghdad or Tehran as much as we should worry about the terrorism from Big Brother, brought about with our own approbation, right here at home. When will we say, "That's enough"? When will we truly rise up against this out-of-control federal monstrosity? When will we demand that government once again be our servant and not our master? When will we begin to see through these Big Government politicians from both major parties that are selling our posterity into tyranny for their own selfish pursuits? When will we wake up to what both Big Business and Big Religion are doing to us? Why do we have to shop at the "Super Center"? Why do we have to worship at the "Mega-Church"? Why do we have to believe everything ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and FOX News tell us? Why do we have to keep reelecting these career politicians? And when we do replace them, why do we have to replace one dirty, rotten scoundrel with another dirty, rotten scoundrel? When will we recognize that the Department of Homeland Security would be more properly named the Department of Homeland Enslavement? When are we going to wake up to the fact that the Patriot Act is nothing but a tool of the federal government to usurp constitutionally protected liberties? When are we going to realize that the federal "war on drugs" inflicts more damage on the Bill of Rights than it does any major drug dealer? When will we get fed up with these random police checkpoints (manned by agents from virtually any and every police agency, including federal agents) going up everywhere? When will we tire of our local policemen and sheriff's deputies more resembling military commandos than peace officers? When will we demand that our State and local officials stop begging the federal government for "stimulus" money? In other words, when are we going to decide that we want to live in FREEDOM? Baldwin muses that until Americans and Europeans get serious about answering the questions above, we are only fooling ourselves when we talk about the West being a free area. We are not free, and we are getting less free by the day. Venitis asserts that you own your body and your soul, and nobody should dictate what you take in and what you take out. Speech, education, heresy, habeas corpus, military service, mating, healthcare, abortion, cloning, drugs, guns, and euthanasia should be personal choices. Your soul needs to resonate with mighty words and unique acts that express your style and destiny. Your government cannot dictate your language, your words, and your culture. Resonate now and sing your song!The most efficient political system is venitism, where everything is private, there are no taxes at all, there is no parliament, and a powerless infinitesimal government is chosen and supported not by hoi polloi, but by the most generous benefactors. Since its inception in 1913, the Federal Reserve has helped to devalue the dollar by 96%. During the recent economic crisis, it has poured trillions of dollars into the economy with no oversight, made secret agreements with foreign banks and governments, and has refused to tell Congress who is getting the money or to give it the details of what deals are being made. We demand full transparency from the central banks.The Eldorado of Corruption(EC) has launched a public consultation on further possible changes to the Capital Requirements Directive(CRD) aimed at bewildering the banking sector and the financial system as a whole. The proposed changes, known as 'CRD IV', following two earlier Eldorado of Corruption stupid proposals amending the CRD, relate to seven specific policy areas, most of which reflect stupidity made by G20 globokleptocrats at summits in London and Pittsburgh during 2009. These stupid commitments included building high-quality capital, strengthening risk coverage, mitigating procyclicality and discouraging leverage, as well as strengthening liquidity risk requirements and forward-looking provisioning for credit losses. All interested stakeholders are invited to reply to the consultation by 16 April 2010, indicating what impact the stupid changes would have on their activities. The results will feed into a legislative proposal scheduled for the second half of 2010.Central bank's artificial creation of credit is the culprit in the business cycle. As the boom turns into bust, the economy tries to readjust itself into a configuration that conforms to consumer preferences. That is why it is so essential for government to stay entirely out of the adjustment process, because arbitrary government behavior can only delay this necessary and healthy process. Wages and prices need to be free to fluctuate, so labor and other resources can be swiftly shifted away from bloated, bubble sectors of the economy and into sustainable sectors of the economy where consumers want them. Bailouts obstruct that process by preventing the reallocation of capital into the hands of firms that genuinely cater to consumer demand, and by propping up instead those firms that have deployed resources in ways that do not conform to consumer preferences. Fiscal and monetary stimulus do nothing to address the imbalances in the economy, and indeed only perpetuate them.Internal Market and Services Commissioner Michel Barnier said: "It is essential that we learn all the lessons from the crisis. In that context, I want to ensure an effective follow-up of international decisions. It is vital that we further strengthen the solidity of financial institutions and put in place new rules in order to be better prepared for the crises of tomorrow. But before making a proposal on 'CRD IV', I want to ensure that we have consulted widely and assessed the impact of the potential changes. Together they stipulate how much of their own financial resources banks and investment firms must have in order to cover their risks and protect depositors.The very existence of a central bank such as the Federal Reserve aggravates, indeed institutionalizes, moral hazard. Since there is no physical limitation on the creation of paper money, firms know that no natural constraint exists on the power of the central bank to bail them out of any serious trouble. The Central Put is the implied promise that the central bank would intervene to assist the financial sector in the event of a serious downturn. No one has a right to be surprised when market actors behave accordingly. The Eldorado of Corruption is asking all interested stakeholders for their views on further possible changes to the CRD. These possible changes ('CRD IV') will supplement the two existing sets of revisions adopted in October 2008 ('CRD II', IP/08/1433 ) and July 2009 ('CRD III', IP/09/1120 ).The seven areas of potential action are as follows:* Liquidity standards: Introducing liquidity standards that include a liquidity coverage ratio requirement underpinned by a longer-term structural liquidity ratio.* Definition of capital: Raising the quality, consistency and transparency of the capital base.* Leverage ratio: Introducing a leverage ratio as a supplementary measure to the Basel II risk-based framework based on appropriate review and calibration.* Counterparty credit risk: Strengthening the capital requirements for counterparty credit risk exposures arising from derivatives, repos and securities financing activities.* Countercyclical measures: A countercyclical capital framework will contribute to a more stable banking system, which will help dampen, instead of amplify, economic and financial shocks.* Systemically important financial institutions: The Eldorado of Corruption is consulting on appropriate measures to deal with the risk posed by such institutions.* Single rule book in banking: The Eldorado of Corruption is consulting on areas where more stringent requirements might be necessary. In addition, the Eldorado of Corruption is consulting on the appropriate prudential treatment of real estate lending. This is part of the Eldorado of Corruption's commitment to create a single rule book in Fourth Reich.In order to achieve the dual objective of bewildering the resilience of the global financial system and ensuring a stupid playing field, it will be essential that a more statist and kleptocratic set of prudential capital requirements is applied across the world. Consequently, the possible changes set out in the consultation document are closely aligned with the forthcoming amendments to the Basel II framework and the introduction of a global liquidity standard that are currently being drawn up by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. In this context, as part of the countercyclical measures, the Eldorado of Corruption puts greater emphasis on dynamic through-the-cycle provisioning.In the second half of 2010 the Eldorado of Corruption intends to adopt and publish a legislative proposal dealing with some or all of the areas discussed in this and previous consultations. Any such proposal will be developed in the light of both responses to the consultations and an impact assessment examining the anticipated effects of options for achieving the outlined policy objectives. In this respect, the Eldorado of Corruption has also invited the Committee of the European Banking Supervisors(CEBS) to carry out a European Quantitative Impact Study to aid the assessment of the aggregate effect of the proposed stupid revisions.There were many skeptics at the beginning of euro. Professional service providers, such as doctors and lawyers, often engage in this kind of heroism. They offer relatively high-value services, but their purchases from other businesses are relatively low cost. They charge their unknowing customers full price and collect the proper amount of VAT on the sale. But to the authorities, they show that they charged a lower price. The service provider forwards to the government less tax than it collected from its customers and pockets the difference.5. Receipt Exchange. There are many brokers and traders of real and fake receipts.6. Missing Traders. Many inporters from member States sell products with VAT, and then disappear, without forwarding the VAT to the government.7. Carousels. A chain of buffer traders can be formed between the original missing importer and the final exporter, helping to blur the link between the final reclaim of VAT and the original importer.8. Next Seller. If a seller insists on charging VAT, cancel the sale and go to another seller.9. List. Keep a list of product providers who are willing not to charge VAT.10. Tradeoff. Barter your vote for a politician's promise to abolish VAT.11. Explode. Release your anger against VAT to the media and politicians.12. Critical Mass.
