** Στην Καλαμάτα βρέθηκε ο Ραδιοφωνικός παραγωγός Γιώργος Παπαστεφάνου ( 50 χρόνια ραδιοφωνικός παραγωγός και 30 χρόνια παράλληλα παραγωγό Τηλεόρασης ) , για πενθήμερο Σεμινάριο , ομιλία , Ενημέρωση των νέων παραγωγών και ενδιαφερομένων νέων για ραδιόφωνο και τηλεόραση του Νομού μας , από τη πέμπτη 12-11-2009, καθώς και για πρακτική ενημέρωση στα Στούντιο της ΕΡΑ Καλαμάτας .- Αξίζει να αναφέρομε ότι την εκδήλωση διοργώνωσε η ΝΕΛΕ Μεσσηνίας και πως το 1920 στο Πίτσμπουργκ έγινε η πρώτη ραδιοφωνική παραγωγή ανά τον κόσμο .-
** ΠΡΟΒΛΕΨΗ για την Ελλάδα σχετικά με τον ιό γρίπης "¨Α¨" ΤΩΝ ΧΟΊΡΩΝ , μας λέει ότι τον επόμενο χρόνο θα προσβληθούν 4.291.000 έλληνες , εκ των οποίων θα νοσίσουν 3566 άτομα και ίσως να πεθάνουν από τον ιό NIHI 300-700 άτομα .- Σήμερα έχουν καταγραφεί για την Ελλάδα 6 θάνατοι και νοσηλεύονται στην εντατική με οξεία αναπνευστική ανεπάρκεια 4 άτομα .- Συνίσταται όπως χωρίς επιφύλαξη , να εμβιλιαστεί το σύνολο του πληθυσμού , με το νέο εμβόλιο , που οι παρενέργιές του ( ασήμαντες αλλεργίες ) είναι πάρα πολή λίγες και ασήμαντες .-
** Η ΝΑΣΑ στις ΗΠΑ , ανακοίνωσαν με σχετικά πειράματά τους επί της Σελίνης , στο νότιο πόλο , ευρέθει σημαντική ποσότητα παγωμένου νερού .- Σε κρατήρα στο νότιο πόλο της Σελίνης , κατέπεσε και εξεράγει , διαστημικό όχημα με όργανα καταμέτρησης για νερό , βάρους 2 τόνων και με υπερηχιτική ταχύτητα πρόσκρουσης .-

** Την Κυριακή 15-11-2009 , ο Δήμαρχος Καλαμάτας Παναγιώτης Νίκας , παρουσία βουλευτών τοπικών και αθλητικών παραγώντων , εγκαινίασε το νέο Γήπεδο με νέο τάπειτα της Σπερχογίας , λέγοντας επίσης ότι σύντωμα θα εγκαινιαστούν και το Γήπεδο "Λουκαραία" στην Καλαμάτα , του Ασπρπχώματος και των Σφαγείων στην πόλη της Καλαμάτας .-
** Την τρίτη αναδασοτική χρονιά (περίοδο ) για τον Ταϋγετο ,ξεκίνησε ο Σύλλογος Φίλων Ταϋγέτου , με εθελλοντική συμμετοχή 10-12 χιλιάδων δενδριλίων , στον Πενταδάκτυλο του Ταϋγέτου , δένδρων δωρεάς των ομογενών μας Αμερικανών πατριωτών μας " Φύτεψε τις ρίζες σου στην Ελλάδα " .- Το έτος 2007 , μετά τις καταστροφικές πυρκαγιές , φυτεύτηκαν 2.500 δένδρα και το 2008 20.000 δενδρίλια .-

** Το Νέο Δημαρχείο της πόλης της Καλαμάτας μετά από 2 χρόνια θα είναι το κτήριο του παλιού Νοσοκομείου της πόλης , που παραχώρησε το κράτος στο Δήμο Καλαμάτας , αξίας 20 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ .- Το νέο αναπλασθέν κτήριο που θα στεγάζει όλες τις υπηρεσίες του Δήμου , όπως ανακοίνωσε ο Δήμαρχος Παναγιώτης Νίκας , θα είναι ένα πράσινο κρτήριο με γεωθερμία , φωτοβολταϊκά κ.α , την μελέτη 300 χιλιάδων ευρώ έχει αναλάβει ο καπετάν Βασίλης Κωνσταντακόπουλος και την διαμόρφωση του κτηρίου από 5 εκατ. ευρώ έχει χρηματοδοτήση το Υπουργελιο Οικονομικών , και το έργο θα Δημοπρατηθεί μέχρι τα Χριστούγεννα και θα είναι έτοιμο τοπυλόχιστον σε 2,5 χρόνια .-
** Το τριήμερο του Πολυτεχνείου και φέτος θα εορτασθεί τόσο στην Αθήνα , όσο και σε άλλες Ελληνικές πόλεις . από 16/11 έως και 18/11/2009 .-** Προχωρούν κανονικά οι εργασίες για το Μέγαρο Χωρού της πόλης της Καλαμάτας .-

καλοφτιαγμένη βόμβα
την βάζουν κάπου μυστικά

μεσ΄στην Αθήνα τώρα .
Σημάδια τρομοκρατικά

Venitists feared that a change of administrations in USA, Germany, and Greece would herald a revived Fairness Doctrine, a policy that previously permitted the government to oversee broadcast news coverage for pseudobalanced views. A return to the Fairness Doctrine, however, now seems unlikely. It is very likely, however, that politicians from both the left and the right will try to extend government control over the media beyond current policies. Venitist Robert Corn-Revere points out that new rules adopted or proposed by the Federal Communications Commission suggest that the agency may be poised to enforce the most intensive government oversight of broadcast programming in decades—perhaps even in the history of the agency. The FCC voted last year to require each broadcast licensee to file quarterly enhanceddisclosure reports, highly detailed information regarding its programming and editorial choices.Corn-Revere notes this information will be used by organized groups to file complaints to pressure broadcasters to air programming that the complainants prefer. The FCC is also formulating programming guidelines based on the enhanced disclosure reports purporting to ensure that broadcasters meet local needs. This broadcast localism effort may also require broadcasters to appoint local boards to oversee their performance and their editorial decisions. As the FCC seeks to expand regulation of broadcast media, the traditional justification for its authority, spectrum scarcity, has lost credibility, and the agency's new efforts are likely to runafoul of the First Amendment.Corn-Revere points out that if new public-interest requirements are adopted, it seems unlikely that the government will attempt to defend their constitutionality solely based on traditional justifications, such as reliance of the spectrum scarcity theory of Red Lion. In a world in which the government is struggling to develop policies that seek to cope with the increasing abundance of media platforms and consumer choices, it seems a bit embarrassing to rely on a constitutional doctrine predicated on pseudoscarcity. For that reason, the agency will most likely explore new rationales that would enable it to expand existing broadcast-content regulations, and to apply them to all media.Journalism isn't just about uncovering facts and framing stories; it's also about assembling a public to read and react to those stories. A public is not merely a hoi polloi audience. A public is a group of people who not only know things, but know other members of the public know those things as well. Both persistence and synchrony matter, because journalism is about more than dissemination of news; it's about the creation of shared awareness. And that's the way it is, Walter Cronkite.Basil Venitis points out newspapers are fighting for survival. Online news sources offer stiff competition and are free of charge. For decades, newspapers were as much a part of breakfast as a cup of coffee or a bread roll, but now the Internet boom, coupled with the economic bust, makes them a thing of the past. Readers are shunning a visit to the newsstand and are logging on to computers instead. To make matters worse, the current recession has led to a dramatic decline in advertising, further threatening mainstream media. Less advertising income means lower budgets, smaller papers, and fewer reporters, leading inexorably to reduced content and a loss of quality.Margot Wallstroem, Goebbels of the Fourth Reich, points out the logic of the Internet, a medium that is natively good at helping groups communicate at vanishingly low cost, is that the act of forming a public has become something the public is increasingly doing for itself, rather than needing to wait for a publication to do it for them. Changes in self-assembling publics and new models of subsidy will drive journalistic experimentation in ways that surprise us all.Jose Barroso, Goering of the Fourth Reich, points out the Internet is making it possible for new voices to be heard, the voices of people who simply could not afford to publish their ideas or display their artistic talents to a wide audience using older technologies. Established interests of both the left and the right fear new voices, and are trying to control what appears on the Internet through new laws and regulations. America's Founders couldn't foresee the Internet, but they knew that government control of information was not only a violation of personal liberty, it was a threat to their hopes for a nation based on the principles of self-government. So they gave us the First Amendment.Javier Solana, Ribbentrop of the Fourth Reich, points out the Internet is rapidly changing the way we work, communicate, consume and socialise. Mass markets are being replaced by a mass of niches. Everyone with access to the Internet has access to as much information as everyone else. Old hierarchies are crumbling, and concentrations of power are being diluted. Most companies are using Twitter, the wildly popular micro-blogging site. Twitter trumps other social media as the online tool of choice for most firms. They regularly send out tweets, messages of 140 characters or less. The companies primarily use Twitter to blast news, for customer service, to announce promotions, or for employee recruitment.Jacques Barrot, Himmler of the Fourth Reich, points out email allows groups to grow from a dozen friends to a hundred hobbyists to a huge, national organization. Meanwhile, blogging is transforming journalism, and websites are part of a new Library of Alexandria being built online. Internet is radically enhancing our access to information and empowering us to share ideas with the entire world. Speech thrives online, freed of limitations inherent in other media and created by traditional gatekeepers. We believe in the link economy. If we were all mature enough to recognize that intellectual integrity is the ideal, not some mythical, absolute neutrality, then we could accept that journalists could hold beliefs, like any intelligent person does, and yet not be enslaved to them. We would judge them by their work and its integrity, not their adherence to some inhuman standard.Tony Samaras, leader of Neodemokleptocrats, notes the Internet allows access to a diversity of opinion, but it hasn't yet provided the economic basis for financing the professional reporting of news on anything like the scale of newspapers. In fact, there are more horses in the United States today than in Abraham Lincoln's time, but we generally don't ride them to work or have them pull our plows and wagons. What does that mean for newspaper journalism? How long and how well newspapers and professional journalists persist in our future will be determined in part by how well they identify new ways to play socially valuable roles. Journalists must adapt to a world where they share information power with activists, businesses, and the people formerly known as the audience. Demands that the government protect them from change only distract them from pursuit of that future, which is already here.Barroso points out the need to minimize transaction costs is a reason that newspapers evolved toward natural monopoly. Buyers and sellers needed a single marketplace to make it easier for them to find each other. Maybe we are starting to see Internet users organize themselves for the same reason. In its raw form, the Internet tends to increase transaction costs because the great volume of information makes it difficult for specific content creators and consumers to cut through the noise and find each other. Now a reputational hierarchy is forming where Yahoo Groups find ways to originate, aggregate, and organize content for particular publics. Are they creating these publics or just responding to publics that already created themselves? Shifting issue publics form themselves in response to events. Perhaps the Internet's contribution is that it facilitates the formation of these issue publics, makes them more stable, and potentially more potent. Papandreou asserts that citizen journalists and bloggers have changed the meaning of media. If something has happened in the world that's important, I'll hear about it. Venitists heard about the protests in Iran before it was in the papers because the people who follow on Twitter care about those things. Attention and reputation are two non-monetary economies. The vast majority of people online write for free. We've tried paying some of our bloggers and they thought it was insulting. They're not doing it for the money, they're doing it for attention and reputation, or just for fun.

King Constantine of Greece points out the scales will tip toward the candidate who manages to motivate its supporters to come out and vote for him. The ability of a politician to rally his people decides the election outcome, not his or her ability to woo the supporters of the competition. It works the other way round too. If you manage to keep more of your opponent's voters at home than your own, you take the lead. You could describe this as success through a demobilization of voters. If you convince people that they can follow an election on TV without ever having to take part, it will be difficult to win them back. Kleptocrats claim the people are well represented.
